The People Paradigm is a joint venture, powered by:

What’s in it For You?

Instead of traditional ‘mental health’ training, we take a different approach. Our experiential and interactive programme gives participants a chance to explore:

1. Their own mental health and wellbeing and how to positively develop and/or manage it

2. How they can help colleagues in distress feel safe, supported, and understood

3. The role of the leader/manager in building positive and supportive cultures at work

4. How they can establish a culture of wellbeing to support high performance and business results

Our sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom. Learning is experiential and involves a combination of presentations, group discussions, exercises, and individual activities. The training lasts 12 hours and is divided into 3 x 4-hour workshops. It is always delivered live by one of The People Paradigm members.

"Managers do need tools to engage with staff when they are emotional, and the workshop provided great points to help identify emotional staff and plan ways to manage them. The training was well organised and even though it was virtual, it was interesting, and one could easily engage with the facilitator."
Q LINK
"I found this course ideal for someone who has a full-time job and wants to better understand how to manage their own and their teams mental wellbeing. Plenty of take-aways that are already being implemented with my team and wider organisation. A great investment."
CIVIL SERVICE
"The workshop was enriching and enjoyable. I appreciated how applicable and practical the steps and interventions were, from a personal human perspective in knowing what symptoms to look out for and how to look after myself in reducing the pressure and stress. But also, as a professional, by having the courageous conversations about mental well-being and being able to support, assist in generating a well-being culture in the organisations that I work in. I am looking forward to further learnings!"
