A 1-Day change management programme designed for educating, upskilling and empowering business change champions with little or no formal change management background or experience. The purpose of the programme is to provide these change champions with a foundational understanding of change management as a discipline while providing these resources with the knowledge and tools to successfully drive change across their respective organisations and communities.
