A 2 x ½ Day facilitation skills training programme designed to provide a structured approach to planning and preparing for facilitation. It also provides creative methods and practical skills to effectively engage stakeholders and measure the success of workshops through key metrics in business. Resources may have good analytical skills, but this course fills a gap relating to how they engage their stakeholders when gathering information, defining requirements and facilitating learning interventions.
