Linda Otto has a background in human sciences and people development, with an interest in driving both societal and organisational change. She has worked on multiple large-scale transformation programmes and projects, with a strong drive for achieving results through client and employee engagement. She has extensive experience in leading change for technology implementations, regulatory compliance, and strategy operationalisation.

She as fulfilled roles as Consulting Director, Consultant, Change Manager, Project Manager and Facilitator, which all work collectively to be a skilled leader of change. She believes all South Africans have a direct role to play in creating positive change in our country, with the change community being especially well positioned to drive new innovations and future possibilities. Linda loves creating a movement around change management and building organisational maturity around how leaders should be leading change.

She is a passionate and proud Joburger and shares her home with her husband, son and a multitude of fluffy companions.

Sandy is a passionate, energetic and decisive executive leader with over 33 years’ Technology experience. She has driven strategic transformation across diverse industries including financial services, banking, food and manufacturing and retail.

Sandy’s roles throughout her career have included (but not limited to) Software Design and Development, Program Directing, Chief Information Officer, Head of Technology Transformation and Adoption, Cloud and Strategic Change, and many more!

Sandy has an enviable track record of directing organisations through their Technology change in order to ensure they remain innovative, disruptive and abreast of every changing technology need in order to satisfy customer needs and remaining competitive in the market.

Sandy is experienced in leading and managing teams and her organisational capabilities and strong desire to achieve goals and be successful in all aspects of her career is a key driver for her.

She is an inspiring adventurer who puts no limits on herself or her abilities.

Kamini holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and has worked as a Senior Consultant on 2 significant projects for ChangeFolio. She has a breadth of Human Resource experience, which she has gained over the various roles she has held in corporate. She uses her experience gained as Head of People to now consult in the fields of People Management and Strategy. She has quite an impressive array of skills in her quiver, which include:

Performance Management; Organisational Design; Learning and Development; Business Strategy Formulation; Facilitation & Training; Human Capital Strategy; Organisational Change Management; Leadership Development; Process Improvement; and Programme / Project Management

She has led multiple organisational wide transformations and has first-hand experience in seeing organisational politics play out during change. She is married and has two children and a canine granddaughter. She enjoys travelling and despite having traversed most parts of the world, she still has a never-ending bucket list of destinations. Kamini is a strong, humble and influential leader who makes an impact the moment you meet her.

As a Learning and Development practitioner by training and experience, Leah has designed and developed a new tool, The 4Cs, for organisational transformation. The 4Cs are geared towards organisational and personal growth, as well as providing a platform for future proofing skills.

Leah is a certified Neurozone purpose coach, a member of the International Coach Federation and an inspirational speaker. She is the founder of: A Woman’s Worth Chapters; Director at LeahK; Managing partner at The Art Kartel Media; and an Associate at Equilibrium Consulting.

Leah is also an active Infra-Red Sauna Practitioner, which she has successfully paired with her 4Cs Purpose Coaching. (A way to naturally treat health problems)

Her main emphasis is on finding creative and sustainable ways of maintaining a positive Return-on-Talent and Investment for organisations and individuals. Leah shared that her primary purpose is the contribution towards building future proofing skills for ourselves and those who follow in our footsteps, by collaborating and creating initiatives with recognised thought leaders.
