Course Overview.
A change management training programme designed to assist leaders with understanding principles of Agile and agility in relation to organisational change while also reflecting on new behavioural and mindset shifts required to lead their people through these uncertain times. Leaders are also introduced to a range of practical tools and approaches that can be applied back in the workplace to navigate rapid and continuous change.
