- Create a sponsor involvement plan, case for change, leadership alignment assessment, stakeholder map and impact assessment
- Create awareness by positioning the need for change, communicating effectively through the right channels and addressing concerns
- Create key messages, a communication plan and an awareness campaign
- Build acceptance, approval and commitment to change by identifying sources of resistance to change and creating and implementing a resistance management plan
- Improve adoption by understanding why change fails and the different types of adopters
- Complete a training needs analysis and create a training plan
- Use data and metrics at an organisational, project and individual level to drive adoption and sustain the change

Our Change Management Programme is an accredited ACMP (QEP™) Course. This internationally recognised accreditation means that our Change Management Programme aligns with the ACMP Standard for Change Management (The Standard©) and provides a solid base for change management education and knowledge.
For those that would like to pursue the ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP®) certification, attending our course will result in quicker review of the application and help prepare you for the related CCMP® exam.

ACMP stands for the “Association of Change Management Professionals”. It is a professional membership association dedicated to advancing the career growth of individuals and the effectiveness of organisations by advancing the discipline and practice of change management.
No. You will need to apply directly to ACMP to write an exam to become certified. Attending our Change Management Programme ensures a quicker review of your application and will help prepare you for the related CCMP™ exam.
If a scheduled date does not reach the minimum capacity of 5 learners, it will be cancelled and postponed to a later date. We will provide adequate notice if this is the case.
Public course payment through the payment gateway will seamlessly be enrolled and registered on the ChangeFolio Academy.
For other payment types and course types, learners will be enrolled in the ChangeFolio Academy by ChangeFolio administrators.
We also offer a self-registration portal for organisation with a large volume of learners. This portal will allow learners to self-manage their enrollment and registration within the prescribed limits of the organisations purchases.
